Karla was very helpful to us in finding a Tennessee home while we were still in SC. She provided listings of houses that met the profile we gave to her; arranged showings when we would travel here to view houses; and, once we found a house (new construction), coordinated with the builder's agent on many issues as we went through construction and closing. In addition, Karla is just a nice , pleasant person to work with in this process.
